I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic for exploring the city, the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to handling issues with room bookings and cleanliness. The rooms themselves were a bit small and could use some updates, but they were comfortable enough for a short stay. The dining options were average, and I think they could improve in that area as well.

The hotel boasts a fantastic central position, just a stone's throw from Times Square and plenty of dining options. I found the housekeeping staff to be wonderfully attentive, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the room I received was disappointingly small and in need of some care, and I encountered several issues with the printing facilities in the lobby that made things a bit frustrating.
